I thought it was a bit ambitious accommodating 15 people at our Christmas table however all went well and we had a marvellous day. The girls all did a sterling job by decorating the house and I cooked a honey glazed Gammon and two chickens. The best part of Christmas lunch is Boxing day gammon and egg, needless to say a couple of slices of gammon went missing off the cutting board for that very reason.
Our friends Grant and Emma and their 2 kids: Rachel and Lloyd together with our Norwegian friends Annakarin and Michael (The King and Queen), Mike, June and My Dad, Sonya and Morgan were all our guests and what a Merry Christmas we all had!
Thank you Lord for sending your son to earth to die for us - we are eternally grateful.
