I have been up Table mountain a few times this last 2 months. The first was an assent up Skeleton gorge and down nursery raving with Shirl, Hope and her friend. It had been raining a few days prior so the stream were a torrent of rushing water.
Then I did a trail run up Constantia Nek to the De Villers Dam and then down Nursery with Troy. Then again with Shirley and lastly we attempted India Venster with Josie and her mom and got half way up but Shirley was feeling sick so we had to turn.
Just love it on the mountain - we are so blessed to live in Cape Town with this beauty on our door step.
